Series Summary

Problem solving is a challenging but daily part of any business. Thoroughly understanding a problem, knowing how to address it, and resolving it properly are all critical components to being able to create continuous improvement. The A3 Problem Solving technique has a long history of demonstrated success.

A3 Problem Solving is a powerful method to analyze the current state condition, determine the best solution, and create the implementation plan with metrics to monitor results. A3 is a robust solving tool that many supervisors, managers, Lean and Six Sigma practitioners want to know more about and how to correctly apply its principles. Use Toyota's famous A3 problem solving technique to go beyond basic root cause analysis and create real, long-lasting, results.

This unique, multiple-part webinar series will allow participants to learn the A3 process, apply it their own work setting and receive coaching and feedback on their efforts. This training opportunity is perfect for small teams from the same company to work together to solve a real-world challenge. Participants will follow the A3 thinking process and work through a real world application. By following the P-D-C-A cycle, the participants will be able to apply their learning and refine their skills.

During each session, you’ll get:
  • Participant engagement opportunities
  • Post-test*
  • Certificate of Completion*
*For registrants only.
